Wind instrument
In the development and design of wind instruments, there are needs to further improve the product performance such as the blowing feeling (pressure resistance feeling) during playing the instrument. In this study, direct numerical simulations of flow and sound in the single-reed instrument as well as the air-reed instrument are conducted to clarify the mechanism of sound generation and propagation.
